USA 800 Announces Expansion of St. Joseph Location

USA 800, Inc., a 100% Employee-Owned Contact Center Services provider officially announced plans to begin job expansion of their St. Joseph facilities in Missouri.

USA-800 plans to invest $565,000 over the next five years toward the expansion and creation of 350 new jobs at its current location of 5804 Corporate Drive, St. Joseph, MO. The bulk of these jobs will be created within the next two years, nearly doubling the employment at the center, in order to keep pace with USA-800’s growing business needs. As part of the project, USA800 has secured $473,090 in Enhanced Enterprise Zone (EEZ) tax credits through the Missouri Department of Economic Development over the five year period. Applications are currently being taken in person and online at www.USA800.com and hiring is to begin immediately.

We’re excited about our growth in the St. Joseph area and know that the creation of these jobs, with healthcare and employee-ownership benefits, will help the community in years to come.”
