Command Center Analyst - Raytown

Role: Command Center Analyst
Duration: Permanent
Location: Raytown, MO
 

Description: The Command Center Analyst manages staffing/skilling for all accounts as well as same day schedules for all locations. This position is also accountable for building positive proactive relationships with internal and external customers through companywide communication and escalation. This person will work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment in both small and large teams. This individual will demonstrate strong interpersonal as well as analytical troubleshooting skills.

  • Must Have – 3pm to 11pm availability including weekends. 2 years call center experience. No more than 3 attendance points maximum in any 6 month period. Strong organizational and leadership skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a very fast paced environment and make sound decisions quickly and with a sense of urgency. Ability to effectively maneuver through various computer and web based applications with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Successfully work under pressure and effectively multitask to meet critical deadlines.
  • Prefer To Have – Workforce management experience in a multi-skill environment.
  • Nice To Have – Knowledge of Avaya ACD and NICE TotalView a plus. Previous experience as a lead, supervisor or a position in WFM.
