Tom Davis is president and chief executive officer of USA 800. He is the driving force behind the OneSource^SM vision that has moved the organization from a telephone call center primarily accepting phone calls to now delivering single-source business solutions to a rapidly growing array of national clients. Tom also led the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) initiative, making USA 800 the country’s largest employee-owned teleservices company.

Since joining the company in 1991 Tom has gained an understanding of the teleservices industry by serving as manager and supervisor of recruiting, training, developing quality assurance processes and employee incentive programs. He advanced through the roles of national account executive, operations manager, general manager and executive vice president. In 1996 he joined the board of directors and became president and CEO in 1997.

Tom brought his vision for future rapid growth to the organization, and his holistic approach to business focuses on one-to-one marketing strategies now demanded by businesses. Tom researched, developed, planned and implemented a comprehensive upgrade of the companies core infrastructure.. Through his leadership, Tom has solidified strategic alliances with high tech organizations that bring the power of database integration, warehousing and enhancement to campaign management, permission-based marketing technologies, predictive modeling analysis techniques, Internet capabilities from e-commerce to multiple communication channels.

Tom received his bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He has been nominated for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award, and is involved in community service, including a local mentoring program for youth. Most recently, Tom was awarded Ingrams Magazine Top 40 Under 40 Award a prestigious award for leaders in the Kansas City business community.
